how to grab Purple Blush from Tiktok

Recently, TikTok has become the place where the best makeup trends are born. If you’re on the #beautytok, you’ve probably seen these videos: the Lip Blush Tatoo, the use of lubricant as a make-up base, the Gua Sha to firm up your skin and many other trends. Recently, we spotted a trend that stood out and thought it would be good to explain it to you: it’s Purple Blush.

In today’s modern society, we generally seek to have warmer skin tones. Recently, the blush has become a real tool in order tobrighten up your skin, for example with the use of warm shades on the nose to imitate a sunburn.

WHAT IS TIKTOK’S PURPLE BLUSH TRENDING?

This is without counting on TikTok, which recently popularized the purple blush. Many users on the platform claimed that the shade is unique, pretty and natural to wear on the cheeks.

Purple blush is underrated because it’s a shade that isn’t used to being used and can therefore be surprising. Above all, for those with fair skin, it is better to go slowly. To learn how to apply this blush to your fair skin, watch this TikTok explainer video to see how @Rachelrigler apply the tint to her cheeks.

Rachel Rigler (@rachelrigler on TikTok) tried out the trend using Nudestix blush, she said, “I’ve never tried a purple blush before, but with fall approaching, I thought I’d give it a try. »

HOW IS THE TREND APPLIED BY TIKTOKERS?

“Why isn’t this more publicized in the beauty community? asked the TikTokeuse @yashoras trying purple blush. “Isn’t that cute?” I think it’s too cute! »

The TikTok user @missdarcei used Fenty’s Freestyle Cheeks Out Crème Blush, using a blender brush to pat the product onto her cheekbones.

Another beauty influencer by the name of @glamwithsuzan, tried Fenty purple blush, pairing it with purple eyeliner. She explained, “It almost looks like a pinkish-purple, which makes it simple to wear. »

Mia Galvan (@miabgalvan on TikTok) uses a Nustix All Over Face Color Matte in Moodie Blue, running a thick line of product along her cheekbones before blending with a brush.

A UNIQUE AND PERFECT SHADE FOR DARK SKIN

The makeup artist Zoe Moore says there are a lot more benefits to using purple blush rather than pink. “I love using a purple or mauve blush on dark, olive skin tones,” she says. “It gives a beautiful red glow and enhances the natural undertones of the skin. It is also fabulous for fall and winter.«

Makeup artist and beauty expert Joy Adenuga (@joyadenuga on TikTok) agrees: “Bright, bold colors are usually very flattering on darker skin tones because skin absorbs color beautifully. Joy suggests applying your shade of choice to the back of your hand before trying it on your cheeks. “I find the warmer shades of purple to be easier on dark skin tones, rather than the very cool shades of purple,” she is surely referring to the lilac hue!
